I was wondering if any VSC non RFE petitions had hit or were about to hit the 6 month mark yet. So I looked at the open petitions that were sent in April or the first week of May.

The oldest is madmc22555 (tu & chris) who sent their petition on April 28 and have a NOA1 date of May 1. The next is Mirla (Mirla & Patrick) who sent the petition on May 7 and have a NOA1 date of May 9.

Mirla of course is still active on the site and madmc22555 was last seen on Oct 20.

Assuming that madmc22555 is still with us I hope he pitches a fit tomorrow. Maybe VSC will give us back our adjudicators when they realize they are in violation of their service level commitment.

I realize I am grasping at straws here, but to tell the truth I am running out of ideas and theories. Every other key date that I thought might bring back the adjudicators has come and gone with no improvement. My only hope now is that management will not want to violate the 6 month I-129F service level commitment.

Come on VSC. Give us back our adjudicators!

Remember that someone from CSC recieved his approval 1 day after the 6 months mark. He was asked for a RFE.

You must remember that USCIS does not look at each petition and realize that they are holding someone's dreams, hopes or happiness in their hands. I am sure it is just paperwork in and paperwork out for them. I think we all have had a real eye opener as to who USCIS considers a priority and what is important to them.

It would be nice for the adjudicators to realize that they are holding the dreams of many in their hands, just sad to say that there are many who are trying to beatthe system and pose as a couple and really are nothing at all !!!!!!!!!!!

They are th ones who hurt us !!! But it would also be nice if they would stop and put themselves in our shoes and imagine how it feels to be apart from their SO's.

no, no costume for me...i go mostly just to watch all the AMAZING homemade costumes, and shennanigans that go on at that parade...thats the most fun part of going...never know what you're gonna get

yea, i bet he's working reaaaaaaal hard lol probably throwing candy to the parade goers lol jk...does he live and work in the city? i live in brooklyn and work in manhattan

Hahaha! I know what you mean, I was there like 3 years ago and it's awesome....!!! Like you said firefighters must be working really hard!! :lol: Hahaha! He lives in Westchester County and works in SoHo. He's lucky cause he had to work today and won't miss the parade!!!!

Mirla im actually shoppin g around for things to make my place more comfy for Leidy and Daniel ( stepson) ....I want to save all the celebrating and having fun for when she gets here...i can't really complain, i had 5 great days with Leidy in Panama!!

It is possible, but I wouldnt count on it. I dont know how long your consulate takes, being in South Africa, so that is the kicker. If your consulate is quick, then yea, it could happen. if I were you, I would not expect to see your NOA2 before 3/1/08 and probably more like 4/1/08.

if things continue to go the way that they currently are going, you are definitely dreaming...right now people from may and early june are recieving their NOA2s...so thats 4-6 months just to get done with step 1...i would give the entire process about 7-8 months...its possible that things get better, but its also possible that they get worse =/ i hope to have my interview by march
