sure its not an approval from today, but still exciting nonetheless

Hmmmm, 6/1 for their NOA1. Could it be???? They are working June petitions already?

6/1 is the end of the May 21 week of petitions...so they are STILL working that May 21 week.

Please move us to the correct spot on the waiting list!

Our petition (Igor & Eva, Russia) listed in September.

Although our documents were somewhere in trailer until September 12th before they issued NOA1, our NOA1 RECEIPT DATE is stated as 7/26/07. I was repetedly told by USCIS that they will go and process by this date. (Petition was actually signed for on 7/23 in their mail room.)

In any rate I consider myself to be a July Filer. Please place me accordingly.

Change your NOA1 date to the receipt date of 7/26 on your timeline.

Byron I know exactly what you are feeling. When I got touched Oct. 16 I was so excited and nervous. I didn't know what the touch meant. And at that point I had already been approved since Oct. 15 I just did not know it!

I KNOW!!! :goofy: You have all these emotions! I finally called and they told me I was approved! Just like that, no email, no update on the USCIS site. Nothing! And the NOA2 was in the postbox by Friday, Oct. 19.

Fongers crossed, BUDDY!
