Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

Thank you all for the congratulations wishes. You know I am routing for you too.

Missy1: I never got a touch since the beginning of June and I never used the RFE trick. I did write my elected officials long ago and I did call them one time, but only got the normal customer service rep who knew no details. You should be coming up soon. I was surprised I didn't get the Chris email yet especially since I get all the other USCIS page update emails. Anyway, some others have not too so I would keep signing into your account with USCIS and not wait just on the Chris email.

It's been a while since I have last sat down and really wrote out how I feel about things. The truth of the matter is that this process is psychologically stressful. At times, it feels like my life is not a reality, or at least the life that I want is being held by this unfair process. I can't understand how they could just treat us like second class citizens. I have been waiting patiently for my NOA2 since May 24.

I wake up every morning wanting to call them and curse them out. Yell, beg...just do something. My whole life is at a stand still for what?

I'm going on five months and one week. Besides Mirla, is there anyone else that filed before May 24 that has not received anything from VSC? Are we the only two that has not heard anything at all that on this thread? Not saying that I want one, but at least an RFE would let me know that they are working on my application.

Help me...do call using the RFE trick? Do I continue to be patient and not call? What should I do? I can't think straight!!! :wacko: :wacko:

You have lots of comapny. 47 VJ members sent K1 petitions between May 1 & 23rd inclusive. Of the 46 that reported receiving NOA1's, 17 are still waiting for their NOA2's.

10 - 16 - 2007-Got NOA2 !!!!

12 - 11 - 2007 Interview date

K1 visa -APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2008 -married

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

Starting K3 process ......

back to the waiting game...

07-10-2008-I-130 sent

07-15-2008-Check cashed

07-16-2008-NOA1 at CSC

07-21-2008-Hard copy of NOA1

07-23-2008-129F sent

Congratulations Bill B!!!! you still have a chance to get an interview sched in December!!! everything is gonna work fast after getting ur petition approved. still be thankful that you filed in VSC. :blush:

For those who are still waiting for their NOA2s, you're in my prayers especially Mirla and Byron.

I went back to the WP site to see what other comments had been posted and the link to the comments area is greyed out; I can't get there to read anything... is this just me, or have they disabled comments for some reason?

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Interview - Nov. 27 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interview Delayed until December 6th

K1 in hand - December 6th!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived in the U.S. - December 12th!

MARRIED December 17th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
