wowowowowow congrats, its been a longgg time coming =)

We sent our I-129F back in late April from Ireland and it arrived on May 15th. We had our last touch/NOA 1 on May 23rd and are still waiting for the NOA2, or RFE...which ever we get we are ready and waiting for further action on our part.

So, 80-ish days is the average for May now? That's fine, so long as we know that the wait is to be more expected.

i just want to make sure that you understand...those numbers that i posted are from last year...it was just to show a comparison as to what happened at this time last year

on average, last year...people who recieved their NOA1 from VSC in the month of may, had to wait 80 days for their NOA2

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I do believe VCS is MOVING!!! I noticed in the timelines that TWO were approved TODAY. CONGRATULATIONS. And since USCIS hasn't posted anymore updates pushing the "data entry" date back more....Today was the day they were to be in compliance for. So Im SURE things will speed up now...WOW....as for ME I needed this today of ALL days.....

Ok...

Click on the Immigration Timelines tab at the top of this page. Select K1 visas option. Then Visa Timelines. At the bottom of the page there is a sort feature I use and I select VERMONT. Back at the top u can click on the DOWN arrow on the top of the column with the heading NOA2. It will sort the information by date of NOA2.

Hope this helps. I don't check every day or I'd go crazy....but you can watch to see if others are approved from Vermont that maybe don't post here.

You are welcome. Its a cool spreadsheet....you can play with it and do a search of only those from the country you have your SO in and even more specifics. Im sure this is where the information from the lists and charts come from some post. Which im sooooooooooooo greatful for.... Sometimes this information helps...sometimes it drives me crazy when I see no approvals and NO movement. BUT as someone said in an earlier post this does seem to be the NORMAL trend for VSC as proven from last year. I can't complain..Im happy waiting till September for our NOA2. I want time to prepare a SOLID case for the interview. So Im working on that.

i saw it and it says that for Colombian NOA2..ITS LIKE 120 DAYS!!!!!!!! ...IM ONLY AT 69

I'd recommend clicking on the couples names and checking their timelines. You will see that the number of days is the TOTAL days from applying to interview. Hang in there...

Also here it is sorted by NOA1..you can see better the more recent approvals time between NOA1 and NOA2. Its not 120 days....more like 2-3 months. You are doing great. Helps me to remember that no matter the wait...the end result is what is important.

Something has to be wrong...the two 2007 filers had the I129f approvals in 21 and 22 days...huh????????? how is that possible???????? im at 69!!!!!!!!!!!!!
