Hey! I said before that using those prompts, the ones who answer the phone are customer service....but it did work for Soch! Weird! Just call using the RFE trick. Customer Service are a waste of time.

Yeh, we did the RFE trick last week.... He told us to not get our hopes up of seeing an approval before Christmas.

I just laugh now... I have decided that I am just not going to let it stress me out anymore. (For now anyway )

Virgillionaire, I know what you mean. It's weird that even someone from September got approved but it is true they don't work on applications on the order they were received!!!! At least I know they are working on it and like Shai said, my file was not lost!!! It's alive!!!!! hahaha!

Bob & Kim, I am also disgusted that we haven't seen any approval since monday!!!! Come on VSC!!!!!! Give us our approvals!!!!!

Damn!!! the officer told him that they just opened my case, today the 24th and that we should be hearing something within 14 days!!!!! oh my god!!! Please everyone pray for my petition, for no RFE's and for a quick approval please!!!!!!!!!! we've been away from each other since June last year while I was in NY for almost 6 months and he came to visit me after a whole year this past June!!!!!! Please pray for this nigthmare to be over ASAP!!!!!!

I don't know Mirla, looking at the trend line for VSC here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...ge=k1historical

and the number of VJers approved per day over the last couple months, December for a June filer seems realistic. I hope not for all the June filers' sakes, but look at us May filers going on and over 5 months and VSC is waaaaaaayyyy behind the power curve to make serious progress in the numbers anytime soon. It has been really, really bad for most of us May filers and the outlook for June and after filers looks terrible considering VSC's pace. I hope for the best, but am realistic enough to see the handwriting on the wall is not good unless some type of serious action is taken at VSC...maybe influenced by someone we wrote to for understanding and help.
