Nothing! Pat called again today and it was useless again, they said that our receipt number was wrong....so if he got it wrong how can the other lady yesterday was giving him info about our case and was going to do a service enquiry....???? Pat made a msitake writing down our receipt number.....so he was pissed off again cause he spent like 20 minutes on the phone for nothing.

I'm tired of calling! I'm done....People at the RFE trick I think work before 5 cause the machine told me that they were not representatives avaliable at that service center and transfered me to USCIS customer service. What kind of service they offer???? USCIS customer service don't know anything, unbelievable!!! I asked this guy important questions and no answer....he kept asking me what else he can do for me....

THIS IS HOW USCIS WORKS

Once upon a time the government had a vast scrap yard in the middle of a desert.

Congress said,"Someone may steal from it at night." So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job.

Then Congress said,"How does the watchman do his job without instruction?" So they created a planning department and hired two people, one person to write the instructions, and one person to do time studies.

Then Congress said,"How will we know the night watchman is doing the tasks correctly?" So they created a Quality Control department and hired two people. One to do the studies and one to write the reports.

Then Congress said,"How are these people going to get paid?" So they created the following positions, a time keeper, and a payroll officer, then hired two people.

Then Congress said,"Who will be accountable for all of these people?" So they created an administrative section and hired three people, an Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and a Legal Secretary.

Then Congress said,"We have had this command in operation for one year and we are $1000,000 over budget, we must cutback overall cost." So they laid off the night watchman.

It is funny that you mentioned, "vast scrap yard in the middle of a desert." As a matter of fact, when I called USCIS the other day to check my status the person I worked for was based in New Mexico. He said he was just a customer service rep and they were out there. I couldn't help but to reflect back when some of us "newbies" got into it with the vets who jumped up in down in their post to us saying when we called customer service we were delaying our NOA2 because it was adjudicators we were speaking with. Well, I was right of course...when you call the customer service number, you do not get adjudicators in VSC...as a matter of fact, you get someone all the way in New Mexico who has no clue exactly what is going on with your package other than it is at VSC. Having said this, I must admit that it is possible when you do the "RFE Trick call" maybe you do speak to an adjudicator. I would like to know. For whoever uses the RFE trick next time ask them at the end of the call where they are located and if they are an adjudicator. Good luck all!

I called today and got transfered to USCIS, this guy like I said before don't know anything he said that the only info they have is when the case was received, like the same info we get from the website. The don't have the petitioner names nor beneficiaries. The ones who got all the info are the immigration officers, I guess those are the people at the RFE trick. He also said that USCIS customer service is a big organization....bla bla bla....
