Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 15, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

No touches prior to this, just all the sudden approved :)

I also happen to be in Moldova right now so we woke up and found it in the email

127 days roughly between NOA1 and NOA2

It happened at 16:50 pm Washington time!!! My honey called me and I was jumping and screaming around the house like crazy!!!!!! Thanks good that the neighbors didn't call the police:-)))

Yep, VSC is working on K1!!!

Byron and Mirla there is something really weird now with your petitions guys, I really can't think of the place inside of VSC where they could be stuck!

March 5th 2008 - INTERVIEW @ 10.00am - APPROVED!!

March 11th 2008 - Visa received!

April 30th 2008 - Flying home at last!!!!! (POE: Dulles - Washington DC)

July 12th 2008 - Wedding date!

Thank you everybody!!!

We'll all be approved soon. One more proof that 6 month waiting theory now is wrong!

I should go to bed now, it's 1:16 am here but I'm not sure I can sleep, I'm to excited :)

Unfortunately there are people waiting that are at 5 months or more that still have not been approved. Let's hope no one has to wait six months. :blink:

What is really sad we don't know the reason for that or any information why is that so. All the latest approvals from VSC where late May filers with the similar time lines. Why some of the earlier filers are still waiting it stays a mystery. It's just doesn't make sense. Maybe they do some background checks that are taking some time. My fiance has TS clearance and every federal agency did already before a background investigation on him twice!! But, maybe that doesn't mean anything. We had two touches before the approval.

I really don't get it!!

But I know one thing, when they finally get approved we are making a big VJ party!!!!
