CONGRATULATIONS!!! SHAI AND WILSON :) I am glad to know that one of the May filers is approved this month. Hopefully, all of us will hear good news before end of October.

05/21/07 : I-129F Sent

02/24/08 : INTERVIEW

12/12/07 : MEDICAL

01/09/08 : VISA IN HAND

03/06/08 : Arrive in the US, POE - DETROIT

AOS

03/28/08 : Mailed AOS Packet

04/12/08 : Receive NOA's AP, EAD

05/02/08 : BIOMETRICS

06/11/08 : EAD CARD IN THE MAIL!!!

07/02/08 : GREEN CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED

07/07/08 : GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL & WORKING

03/27/09 : Driver's License issued

Removing Condition

04/03/10 : mailed to Vermont

04/08/10 : NOA1 & 1 yr extension

05/20/10 : Biometrics Appt.

11/19/10 : Interview/Approval

The whole visa system and everything to do with it is fallig apart!!!! :wacko:

Hang in there buddy....If you dream it...It will come... You've come to far now to let negativity eat away at you. Remember someday you will look back and consider this a "SMALL" thing...Don't sweat it. I know...its easier said than done...but we each have our destiny. We each have our moments in time. Your moment will arrive. What eats away at you is not knowing WHEN. But be assured, sometime when you LEAST expect it...that golden email will arrive. And this nightmare will be but a mere dream. You have a wonderful girl who loves you...waiting to change her whole life to be with you. Stay focused on that. That is what counts. I know words can't make you feel better..but know that we are ALL here surrounding you with our hugs and support. You are lucky to have found love. And THAT is worth ANY wait we must endure. "love is patient, and kind, its longsuffering and endures. Now abides, Faith, Love and Hope, and the greatest of these is Love."
