Thanks, Bill y Bella. You know even on my timeline here in VJs I used the actual Notice Date and not Received Date because that is what I thought the VJ instructions said to do. I doubt I will go back and change it since for me the difference is small. For some though, it is huge. The Ombudsman said that was the only fair thing to do--to use the Received By Date. He even went further to say if someone's petition first went to the Texas Service Center (TSC) and then was sent to the CSC, USCIS should be using the Received Date at the TSC and not CSC.

Ok, I'm still skeptic about touches, but we had one on Oct 10 (probably because of change of address), but then also one yesterday and one today!! After 4.5 month something changed on that web site, so maybe!!!!

Hang in there buddy....If you dream it...It will come... You've come to far now to let negativity eat away at you. Remember someday you will look back and consider this a "SMALL" thing...Don't sweat it. I know...its easier said than done...but we each have our destiny. We each have our moments in time.
