A June filer approved from Vermont....WOW.....Maybe us May filers really did get a very lazy officer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON??????

Yes, its closed. So I really do not have patience for the system saying they are doing all they can when they take a day off. I am at work today and I do not have the future of someone's life in my hands. LAZY and MISMANAGED-ALL OF THEM!

Hey!

I wanted to share my news with you all....that we received our NOA 2 in the post last saturday !!! So far I was only a quiet reader of this thread because I think my english isn't so well yet .

We were already approved like it seems on october 2nd. That is the date which stands on the NOA 2 letter. The only thing is that i didn't received an e-mail before and when i look at our online status it still says case received and pending . But we had it in the mail!!!! And our NOA 1 date was june 25th.

I have no idea why it went so fast for us. We are a normal couple like so many other here. I feel a little bad for that when i see that so many people who had filed before us are still waiting!

But I am also very very happy and maybe this will be a sign that it goes on also for all the june filers !

If it's a case of being lazy, then they are being horribly managed!!!!!!!! If my workers get lazy on me i lose my job!!! I guess they have better " Job security" than i do!

How do we expidite a petition and what is the timeframe for an expedite petition. To me, it is worth some extra money to expedite; heck, a trip to see my fiancee cost over $4,000 so it is worth something to help her get here faster.

I think to expedite a petition there has to be an extreme circumstance....i dont think anybody could just pay and bypass the process...id that was the case i would have done it a long time ago....Check on the USCIS website , i think that is where i read it

your trip got pretty expensive..

Actually, that is a pretty cheap trip to Russia. Cost to fly over and back is about $1500 plus the hotels, taxi, food, etc. About the cheapest I could do it is $2500 but then I need to count the week of lost pay and then it goes over the roof

CONGRATULATIONS!! You made my day since im a June filer to....

Just for everyones information...my guess as to why some get approvals soo much faster like this couple is:

1. They pull your file to work...and any one of a number of things can happen:

A. EVERYTHING is in order and its approved in 15 minutes....or.........

B. Additional things need verified via THEIR systems...such as:

Background/name checks on petitioner

If there are divorces, marriages...maybe a system check there

Verifying past employments or residences

Obtaining proper birth certificates, or other needed documents from their offices first BEFORE sending US an RFE

Maybe there is sth that cause them concern and the are verifying it

Maybe sth come up in background/name check that requires additional investigating

Maybe if they are new in job they need to have a "seniou" adjudicator review as well

MANY MANY things can cause some to have a later noa2 than others...for ME..I think it will be my multiple marriages, my last jobs and my residencies...I moved several times in 5 years, my ex husband was from Ireland. Although I filed on K1 and never was his "sponsor" it may make them investigate more.

Just an idea...
