Well, according to the following thread, one of the couples on bszoom's list was approved at some point and is already stateside on the K1 visa. Its Ian and Anne. I found this thread:

I have requested that they update their timeline, so hopefully they will. One more off the list though! We all move up one place!!!

Way to go eagle eye! :thumbs: Now see if you can find another 100 like that so I can move into the top 10. ;)

:hehe: If only! Cos if you're in the top 10, I'd be near #1!!! I'm pretty sure they're not the only one's who haven't updated their timeline! I realize not everyone is as obsessive about VJ as you and I are, but I really, really wish people would update their timelines!!!

Historically there are not many abandoned timelines and I always assumed the ones who did abandon them were probably rejected or decided not to get married. Given those circumstances, I can sort of understand why they might not be motivated to come back to VJ to delete their timeline. But to be active on the site and not update.... That is just wrong! :o

Since USCIS seems to prioritize by received date and the sent date seems to mirror the received date more closely than the NOA1 date does, do you think it might be a good idea to sort the pending lists by sent date instead of NOA1 date? It would also be consistent with the way VJ does the adjudication date projections.

Weird! On the last lists I was number 6...now I'm number 8.....uhmmmmmm....

Thats cos bszoom increased the date range for the last updated field for the individual timelines. But not to worry, #2 on the list does have NOA2 and is already here in the US, so they can definitely be crossed off. They just never updated their timeline. I would suspect the same of #1 on the list.

So, don't worry, Mirla, I think your pretty much in the same position as last time! But we really need to get you off the list!!!! I hope your NOA2 arrives soon!

I feel pretty crappy about no NOA2 and I'm only at day 72! If you haven't called recently, I'd give them a ring. You never know, you might find out something good! :) I hope your NOA2 is granted soon! Good luck!

Alright! I called and guess what!?? I was right in my last post! It is such a turn off to call USCIS!!! Nice lady but she told me Vermont take 6 months to process app...bla bla bla....so she told me to wait ONLY 30 more days!!!!!!!
