I love your list bszoom....thank you for all your work....

Im thankful to be part of the VCS group.....If I was in CSC I'd be around number 134 in waiting...with VCS im only 44 (or so...if we add back in those missing) If you feel badly again about waiting for our approvals...go see where you WOULD be on the CSC list...puts it a bit more in perspective. Also... when i look at a CSCers timeline the same as mine..their estimated adjudication date is October 31, while mine is October 24. Sooooooooooooo, with that said....GOOOO VSC AND CSC.....get us to our loved ones.....

Hi -

Can you update the list? Since it's all VSC and since the fee upgrades, a lot of us had to change service centers.

thanks

suz

I've been looking for ways to to keep myself occupied while waiting for my petition to be processed, so I compiled this list of I-129F VSC filers with NOA1s waiting for NOA2s. The data is from the VJ.com timelines, and specifically from the reports available on the timelines. The number I have listed to the left of names is simply the sort order based on NOA1 date.

Obviously, we have no idea what order VSC will process NOA2s (once they start processing them for us again) but its something to help pass the time.

Bzoom recently came back and updated the list yesterday. Go back a couple pages and you'll see the update.

I didn't understand what you said about changing service centers because of the fee increase. What do you mean? I thought the service center used is based on the location you live in.

Those who formerly filed through Texas now have petitions forwarded to VSC, so I think that's what she is getting at.

Congratulations Nora and Ryan!!! I'm so happy, happy, happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys gave us hope that there is something going on at VSC!!!

You guys have the exact same time line as ours , hope you get yours any time soon , someone is working on that VSC finally after a long summer sleep .

All the best

Nora

Thanks Nora!!!

There are few people here that filed even before us, hopefully they get approved soon!!!

Yes I'm one of those people that filed before you May 1st, very unfair obviously, But I am so happy for you both, congrats

and good luck on the rest of your journey! chris and tu

First on all congratulations to NORA AND RYAN!

Yes, there are some earlier and that happens sometime as we all know. I will feel a lot better when I see a NOA 2 from VSC where the petitioner is not military. I spent 20 years in the military and I know military get priority service from USCIS many times. I do not disagree with them doing that for many reasons, but I am just saying I will be a lot more excited when I see VSC give another one to a non-military/non expedited couple. My senator's office called me today to respond to my letter. They told me they are getting quite a few letters and the more that come in, the more chance to influence a change. They also agreed to investigate the issue some more. They also agreed with the earfull I gave them on the poor communication and unreasonable 6mo time for K1/K3 processing versus other types of VISAs that have much shorter processing times and the fact that we are not given the opportunity like some other types of VISAs for expedited processing. I won't hold my breath for instant change, but the more of us that write, the more chance to make a difference. Good luck to everyone on getting their NOA 2 sooner rather than later.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank every one of you guys , you made me feel that I have a big loving family , even though I don’t have a big family …. Thank you so much … there was a days which I use to cry infornt of the computer seen people who Failed on July and getting approved same month … I was like that is so unfair for us for each one of us here who has been witting … that use to depress me so much , and to be honest I didn’t find any answer why was that …. Even though this people NOT a Military member , or they are special case ..

Been in a military it doesn’t change or even make different in your case …and if you guys look at my time line …. That is 125 DAYS … so where is the it shows that we been approved earlier because we are a military … and to make you even feel better he just got back from 6 month deployment and guess what he might be sent any time soon and we chose not to use this to get us approved faster then anyone here because its not fare for everyone failed before us ,

So am really sorry that we got approved earlier then some of the guys here believe we don’t know why and we have nothing to do with it .

Plus am really happy right now I got to get married to my man and spend sometimes with him before he get sent back for another deployment ..

Am praying for all of you guys my thoughts are with all of you .

Nice post Nora. Sometimes I think I would feel bad being approved before people with earlier dates but maybe it just depends on officer that gets the case. It is hard for all of us and it's normal that there is so many emotions involved in the process. But hopefully we are all going to be with our love ones soon, just hang on guys..

I think it is just an assumption that petitions from a military member are approved earlier. At the time we sent the papers to VSC my fiance was a Air Force officer, he got out this month (which makes me happy) and work now for the Federal Government and I don't think we are going to be approved earlier then any non-military petitioner. This thing with military having a priority is stupid. I wouldn't like to be military wife, no way!!

But at least we have bszooom back together with new list! Go VSC!!!!!!

I HAVE NEWS..................

I called the Service Center RFE trick....WOW...she was soo nice and GAVE ME INFORMATION!!!! Can you believe it??

I told her I received an email that "looks" like it was from them asking for passport information and was concerned to verify before sending it. She looked and said it was not from them (really???). I said..ok thanks soo much...then using my past sales skills complimented her on being so nice...obviously this isn't the IRS I was dealing with cause I can't get that good of service from them...she ate it up...soooo I asked:

So, we filed in June and knew you were so fast...what happened? Here is the information I got:

1. They are slowed down from BULK petitions they recieved.

2. They are working to date on May 21 petitions as a general rule

3. Our June 19th NOA1 date should be worked in about a month.

I hope this gives everyone a bit of information to go on...to give you an idea when yours may be approved. She didn't know when they'd be finished with the back log...BUT if she was confindent mine would be worked in about a month...then they aren't expecting it to be caught up soon.... But the main thing is I felt I got information that I could use. And an estimate of what I can expect....Isn't that all we really want???

GOOOOOOOOOO VCS.............GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
