Waiting for a NOA2 from VSC for your I-129F?

Wonder how bszoom is doing...wow i miss seeing his lists!!!!! was like a little something to look forward to.

According to his time line he should be arriving tomorrow

I just got off the phone with CUSTOMER SERVICE agent at USCIS and got the same 6 month BS!!!!!!!!!! They all seem so cold and like their reading from a book and are just trying to get you off the phone!!!! .....I told her how i was told by someone last week that my case was with an officer and she said.....well i dont know where that person got that from because that is not showing on my system....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......

..Just when i think these people cant piss me off more they do!!!!!!!

Maybe it shows everytime you call and they are giving you a hard time because you call more than once. Someone on one of the other boards said that the CS Rep told them to stop calling and they would put a note on their record. I thought that was crazy. It's like exerting power over you to control your actions. Like your file won't be touched cause we think you're a pest. The TSA agents have been acting like that to me when I travel lately. I don't like that. I find it frustrating.

You see my problem is that they dont balance things out....like say...do 5 k1's , do 5 worker visas, 5 student visas..etc....a day...then atleast everything would be balanced....but then again god forbid making the new working "Taxpayers" wait...nah never...make the stupid romantics wait..

Seriously, I want that job. Lets see, I can picture it... sit around at their desks all day, gossiping as they polish off their daily box of doughnuts.... Oh wait, lunchtime.... oooh, 4:00-time to go home!

Hey, I work for the government! And when we don't meet out timelines we have mandatory overtime which I hate because then I"m not home with my baby girl. But I'll admit when mandatory OT happens it's usually because of a couple of turds who don't pull their weight.

This is for all those old veteran’s on VJs in the other thread who downplayed our wait…I guess some would blame the longer times on 9-11, consolidation down to two processing centers for K1/K3 VISAs...I don’t buy it. After all, don’t we pay more money for this great service now and heck, why would a terrorist want to go through the K1/K3 process when they can simply sneak across the border with all the other thousands who do monthly? Hi Lia-

Right now VSC is looking at applications received around Dec. 4th. Of course, this does not mean that all applications from before Dec. 4th have been looked at, but it gives you a general idea. You are lucky that your fiance is from NY, bec the wait is so much less than other areas. Officially VSC says to expect 30-45 days for the application to move through their office and be sent to the National Service Center.

Another good website with a lot of K1 information is www.visajourney.com I would highly recommend going there. The members are all very supportive.

I just look at

and found new record for vermont sevice centre.

Ed and Halima from Algeria got their 2nd NOA only in 6 days!

This is so bizarre

I just don't get how VSC can go from cranking out approvals in 2 weeks to this standstill. Even if they were having their workload shifted it still doesn't make sense that they would not be cranking out approvals. Slower: yes. None: no.

OK....so maybe VSC was having a slow Tuesday.

BUT WE WANT SOME APPROVALS TOMORROW!!!!

It was in that thread "are you fed up with uscis yet ..." or something. It's locked now but it was kind of funny/crazy the way they opined and then acted like they were being attacked. But it's locked now anyway ...

Damn, I think I got a severe case of the dreaded "USCIS email checkitis". Hope it is not deadly.

Seriously .....I really am beginning to realize how this process is such a range of emotions!!!! I was so happy when i tried the RFE trick and they told me that it was with an officer and after today hearing , " sorry sir but i dont know how or why somebody told you this because it says here that its still just sitting and pending" and " well you are only 4 months into the process so you are still within the 6 month window for petitions like yours" argggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh .......I am at rock bottom again.....wait , i think I need a phsychiatrist, im getting a twitch.... ...I know that they are doing their job but it really irks me the way they talk...its like the "Customer Service " people are thumbing their nose at me.... ...they have no clue how hard this process could be

Correct. It was started as a separate thread by US Wendy. I haven't heard from her in a while. They closed out that thread and I hope they have not deleted her from VJ.
