 Hi Guys,
Recently i have received an REF for I -130 petition for my mother  saying that they need additional documents  to prove my relationship with my mother like school document,Hospitals documents, Late birth registration certificate or lettter,Affidavit letter  etc..
and i gathered as much as documents as i could such as, school documents,Affidavit supports letters,Late registration certificate, and photographs...am i required to authenticated this documents  by
ministry of foreign affairs  in Ethiopia  before i sent the documents to luscious   or its not necessary .If its necessary which documents should be authenticated?
Do any one know about how it should be done?
I appreciate your response

Did you submit your birth certificate and still got this RFE? When did you submit you I-130? Was it submitted online?

Yes i submitted my Birth Certificate with I-130 form  6 months ago but my birth was registered 20 years later after i was born.

That is why uscis asked secondary evidence to prove  the claimed  relationship between my Mom and me on my my birth certificate.
