USCIS is going through a lot of changes, furloughs because of lack of funding, but even after approved NVC is slow, because they are working with reduced staff. We've been at NVC for 2 months after all our documents were accepted, there is no sign of getting interview date because of all the consulate closings. Very sad. This process is long and torturous!

patients is becoming frustrating.i am IR1/CR1 my interview was last year August the interview went smooth but the consulate told me to submit additional document which I did September Last year after submitted the document to Dhl I didn't ear anything from embassy for some months, after six months my case was updated on 12th March this year embassy sent me imail to come for fingers print and oath which I did on 18th of March after that the consulate told me to submit a new police certificate to Dhl office for my visa to be issued. I submitted the PC in March  19th, and since then Didn't ear anything from embassy

I'm  sorry, that is just ridiculous. Another person just got an email from the embassy asking for other documents and his interview was before the pandemic. He has been waiting since then but things are moving for him now.
