Hi -

I'm curious about the source of the data for the detailed processing time information that I see on this site.  I can't seem to get much more than a general estimate from the USCIS website, and some light searching didn't turn up anything else.

I'm not looking to start some sort of competing site, just interested as I watch the CSC "now processing..." date slowly progress for our K1.

The processing times you see on this site are generated by user data. That’s why you may see people requesting you to create your timeline because 1. It adds to the accuracy of the site and 2. Many questions are specific to your country/state/where you are in the immigration process

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Visa Received : 12/10/14 picked up at Jacmel location

US Entry : 12/15/14 Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Apply for Social Security Card: 12/30/14 Connecticut

Marriage: 1/26/15

 

Adjustment of Status
