I-134 question 11

I and my co-sponsor are filling out our I-134's for my fiancee's interview (hopefully in August). We are wondering about question 11 (do or do not intend to make specific contributions). I was going to put "not intend" in since we'll be living in the same home. My co-sponsor was going to put "intend". What did you do and did you get your pink slip the first time around? If you had a co-sponsor, what did they do?

Thanks,

PPFKL

This question gets asked so often.

Question 11 has to do with other Non-immigrant visas like student, visitor, business, ect, those visas have a time limit and the sponsor like an individual or organization can specify how long they will provide support.

This is not the case for K-Visas, in this case Question does not apply, so dont check either box, and notate on the lines below "N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence )" or "N/A ( K3 visa process for permanent residence )"

Hi YuAndDan,

Thanks for the answer on this and the pointer on CFL. I've been over there since last year as fangkelei. It's a great forum as well dealing with China specific issues.

Best regards,
