Shipping 4 large bags from Manila to Florida

Have any of you ever shipped any large items from the Philippines to the USA? My wife will be traveling alone from Manila to LAX with our 2 young children and there is no way she can take the bags through customs on arrival. So we are going to ship the bags instead. Any recommendations?

First check with your airline for their recommendation.  I'd use twitter or email.

 

I've used a porter service there before when I used to travel with 15 to 20 cases of video gear . . . the one I've used was Royal Airport Concierge  but they only do American and Delta and also used American's Five Star Service if on a One World Carrier.   You could contact Royal for suggestions.  I've heard of https://assist-ant.com/airport-vip-services/lax-los-angeles-usa/   which is more of a luxury service - but it may be cheaper then using freight.    Also have her keep a list of what is in each bag incase customs has questions - even just generic like 10 shirts, 20 pairs of socks - it can speed things up.
