Hello everyone i hope you are all doing well.. the NVC is asking the petitioner  ( my dad and mom ) their recent IRS transcript 2018 or 2019, but they were both unemployed , but they added a joint sponsor and  submitted all the Tax returns,  all the documents at NVC are accepted but the NVC sent us this FE review .  " Please upload and submit ( my mom and dad ) most recent IRS transcript 2018 , a transcript can be obtained on the IRS website . if you were not required to file a tax return, submit an explanation for not filling, if you filled joint-income tax return , please also submit your corresponding W-2/1099..  we submitted an explanation on NVC public inquiry,  i dont know what should we do  any help can be appreciated , Thank you all

Thank you for your reply.  How to get the proof if they were unemployed . And what does this mean “ if you filled joint-income tax return , please also submit your corresponding W-2/1099“ who are they referring to ? The petitioner  should submit this or the joint sponsor  guy?
