Not to be a contrarian, but I don't agree. Biden isn't agreeing to any debates without the moronic "tax return" stuff, along with "fact checkers", which is basically someone spending their time narrating over Trump's speech. This has no business in a Presidential debate, but they're fitting demands for idiots that have no ideas people want and thus are resorting to tactics of trying to suppress competing speech while propping up their own.

He won't need to do any work, the "fact checkers" would sit there arguing with Trump, making the debate between them and Trump rather than Biden and Trump. Even the idea is spitting on the concept of democratic elections, thinking people need to hear their narrative over the people they're voting for. They're adults and can make up their own mind, the slippery slope of why not to do that isn't even necessary because they are already illustrating it.

You dont agree that the debates will be epic,  if they happen ? Not sure what your not agreeing on?

I don't agree they'll be epic. You think Trump's gonna demolish Biden but that ignores the way things have gone in the public sphere. If Biden agrees to a debate, the conditions upon which he'll demand will result in them being controlled in a way the media and social media environment are, with the media's preferred narrative given preference and others suppressed. It has no place in a Presidential debate, the media don't dictate these things, its part of the democratic process and the Presidents are not subject to the approval of the media. So what would result from that? The media hands Joe a victory for doing nothing, Trump, his people, and the usual grief monetizing hacks pointlessly get clicks complaining. Even if there are no agreements, we know the media will be going after Trump as it is in these debates. The difference is, Trump does have remedies against them in debates as they have no place dictating anything to a candidate. The media has no right to dictate how the democratic process is set up nor suppress it, but if Trump agrees to it, he's screwed.
