I applied for my 1485 in may 2019 after got approved for 1130 still haven’t heard anything yet beside biometric it’s been almost over a year.

is anybody else’s going through the same situation

Name on form was update 188 days ago cause I’m January I had to call them to correct my middle name they had it wrong

you are supposed to receive biometrics within 30 days of filing. Some body messed up. You should call them and file a complaint

What is your local field office? There are a couple where it takes very long to get an interview

Fill out your timeline.

 

What's your local office? Some people wait over 2 years for an interview, but it depends on the local office.

Thanks for all the reply I’ll describe in detail again 

i130 approved in Jan 2019 

applied for i485 in may 2019 

biometric done in March 2019 

march 2019 denied cause they said they have no evidence of my i485 so I have resend that application 

it’s been over year since my i485 application is that normal

What status are you adjusting from?  Texas only does asylum and work base adjustment applications

they said in June 2020 letter they ead was denied cause my 485 application was not filed 

but I called uscis they said ur case has been filed since may 2019 

so I feel like it was screw up on their end

485 is not a status.   I485 is an application to adjust your current nonimmigrant status to immigrant.   What status were you granted upon arrival.

I had no status i was put in removal procedures after I got married then I applied for my i130 got approved then applied for my i485 and i765 

and got biometric done about year ago just revived letter stating that my ead was denied cause they didn’t had proof of my 485 application which I have 

I have letter of submitted application
