The vaccines needed for the AOS as 21 year old are : Td/Tdap, Measles, Mumps, and Rubella, Influenza > 6 months, Varicella  (source: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/pdf/Vaccine-Requirements-According-to-Applicant-Age.pdf)

Can someone confirm this is the case?

Also about Varicella - If I had Varicella as a child, do I need to get vaccine? Or can I just show I have antibodies? If someone who has had them before can chip in I would be grateful.

You can either take the vaccine again or you can have your blood tested for antibodies.  Personally, I would choose the less expensive route.

Varicella is typically ruled in or out based on a review of your medical history

If you are missing any records you can choose to have the vaccine or have titers drawn which will confirm or deny your immunity and if not immune will receive the vaccine.

You need to understand what the panel physicians will do when you have your Visa medical.   It is best to arrive with all vaccinations complete on the ds3025.   If you do that you need not worry about civil surgeons.

I also had Varicella when I was a child but I didn't have any vaccination record. I opted for the blood test during medical exam (cheaper than taking the Varicella vaccine). My results showed that I have antibodies so I don't need to get vaccinated.
