Hello all. A question for those who know. My fiancé is in Nigeria and we are in the process of a K1. We received our NOA2 June 17 and I have our NVC case number that I received via email after submitting an inquiry. My question is, when does my fiancé fill out his DS160 and pay the application fee? Are we supposed to wait for the welcome letter from NVC? I know things are taking longer than normal due to the COVID-19 and the embassy in Nigeria isn’t open yet for interviews. Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!

Wait until all of the conditions you mentioned have been resolved

Track your case on https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV with your case no,  if it shows "ready" you can go ahead and fill your ds160 form
