Good morning guys.

Yesterday I had my interview and got recommended for approval, guess that means i was approved, lol.🤩
Very easy interview.
It was a woman, i had to wait abt 40 mins past my appointment and the interview took approximately 15-20mins, i was scheduled for 7:40am.

All she asked for was the appointment letter and my greencard, and that's it !! 😳😁🤪🥳
She gave back the greencard so I'm assuming they keep it at tve ceremony.
I had so many documents with me,lol.

Civics test:
Q:Who vetoes bills?
A:The President
Q:Who signs bills to become law?
A:The President
Q:What state borders Canada?
A:Maine
Q:Who is my US representative ?
A:Maria Elvira Salazar
I don't remember if she asked more honestly.

Reading and writing test:
Q:What state has the most people?
A:California has the most people

My online account already updated too😳
Just have to wait for the document to upload . I'm glad it's Monday today ,lol

Btw, she also confirmed part 12 I think it is, all the crime questions etc.
I did get a citation but she said that's a traffic ticket so it's ok.
🇺🇸

Grattis!!! :D

  • 2 weeks later...

Hey everyone!
I applied on August 4th and live in Georgia. I got another letter on September 6th telling me I didn’t need to redo my biometrics. I checked the site this week (March 10th) and it said I had been scheduled for an interview! I haven’t received the letter yet but just wanted everyone who has been waiting for a while to be encouraged by this!

Go to “ documents “ in your USCIS account. The full letter with your appointment should be there.

Timeline

I applied in August 2020 from Georgia, moved to Kentucky a month later and didn’t hear anything until January 2021. I did a case inquiry then about my pending ROC and I’m sure that put things in motion. I called USCIS to see what was going on and learned that they were reusing my biometrics and best thing I know I got my N-400 interview scheduled for March. The day of the interview they called me to let me know it was gonna be a combo interview for both I-751 and N-400 and to bring my spouse. The interview both went swimmingly, the I-751 is officially approved in my online account, but the N-400 is still being “reviewed due to recommendation for approval” and I get a lot of USCIS update notifications but there’s no movement on my case 🧐 I’m just hoping I’ll get the oath adjustment quickly now.

Non update update.   lol

Filed 08-30-2020

Received Bio reuse notice 12-30-2020.

Radio silent since then.  Was really hoping we would have heard something by now.

Fingers crossed we hear soon.   It still shows completion by June 2021, which is what it has shown pretty much the whole time.

Good luck everyone who's still waiting!

Congratulations everyone who has gotten their citizenship and interview dates.

Dallas center is soooo slow.

I haven't gotten any update since August after notice of acceptance.

I try to make enquiry but I was told it is still within the timeframe of processing
