Hello August Filers,

I am creating this thread so that we can start preparing our N-400 application. I will be sending them on August 1st based on 3 year Marriage and I was wondering what are the requirements . My l-751 was recently approved  and Didn't receive my card yet.

Thanks Everyone let get started. 🙏

Today we filled N400 for my husband. I fish all of you VJ team an easy journey to getting your citizenship! 🇺🇸

I do have a question though. My husband have two children that are adult, one abroad, one in USA. We applied online but did not upload their birth certificates since we do not have them. At the end of the form was saying he could bring the BC to the interview. Are they obligated to be presented since the kids are adults or not? Just confused. Please let me know and God bless you! ❤️

Just submitted the application for my husband. Now we wait. Somehow while we were stuffing around, it has already been 5 years since he got his conditional GC. Time flies.

Good luck to all of us!

I filed my app online on Aug 1st. I did get the receipt online and in the mail but that's it. No NOA yet. 😟😟

Has anyone else received their NOA?

My field office is Portland, OR. Estimated completion time is Feb 2021

So just to clarify, is NOA1 what the online account portal refers to "receipt" under the "Documents" tab?
I did get the "receipt" online and in the mail. It says I-797C, Notice of Action (so I know it's a NOA). The top section has my name, address, receipt number, online account number, dates, etc. The lower section says that they will mail a separate biometrics appointment notice, etc. As I understood that biometrics appointment notice is what people refer to as NOA1 🤷‍♂️???

In my mind, I was supposed to expect the following: Receipt + NOA1 + NOA2, etc. etc.  Or is this "receipt" the so called NOA1, and the appointment letter NOA2?

Thanks in advanced.

I filed today based on the 3 years marriage and 3 years LPR - 90 days.(Waited 2 weeks to be firmly in the early filing window)

my ROC is a cursed LIN and still on case received. But since I am legally eligible for N-400 I applied.

Let’s see which will be first be approved the N-400 or ROC?

Submitted my N-400 today on Chrome and after the second try, it appeared that all the documents "stuck" so fingers crossed. What happens if they are not all there? Is there a way to upload them after the submission? Also, checked my profile on my USCIS account and my address does not have my apartment number? Thinking I'll call them on Monday...
