I just got an e-mail notification that an interview was scheduled for my N-400, and I should be expecting the official notice in the mail. The case status has been updated to reflect that on egov.uscis.gov, but not on my.uscis.gov (I cannot see any update or PDF copy of the interview notice there, the last update was my biometrics reuse notice from 11/2)

I filed online the day my window opened, August 9th

where do you all find the documents tab and completion esitmate once you log on USICS.gov? I don't see any of the those on my account

any idea how far back they are using biometrics? I got GC in 2011 and applied N400 in August 2020. So been 9 years. Can they use that?

There are two accounts, one under my.uscis.gov (which has this information) and one under egov.uscis.gov which just shows the current case status. Information between the two databases is not always synced up.

I am in the my.usics.gov. I don't see anything under My account except home, inbox, profile, setting etc. next tab is resources and then sign out. Below is the just the case status saying the below. So not sure where to look for documents, estimated completion etc?

Below is what it looks like for me.. no tabs. just a Covid 19 disclaimer and then your cases and then the 72 hr update meesage.. Don't have the three tabs... I wonder if that happens only once you get to the Biometrics stage or a appt is issused for biometrics?

My portal looks like the one above posted by @el_greco . I got the first notification (in the portal and by mail) and nothing after that.

@MD2021, did you file online? I believe there were some a while back in this thread that had the same issue (stuck in the 72 hrs) not sure what they did. You can scroll back and see what they did?

You should send them a message about it. They will update your status for you

I have an attorney who filed it. Does that make a difference?

I have an attorney and hence don't want to bypass them and contact USICS. I know it's a do it yourself thing but it's 2020, didn't want to take any chances and for peace of mind hired an attorney! not sure if that's why the case status is diffn

Went to the page where you check receipt number (instead of logging in) and saw this. “we received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number XYZ, and mailed you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. It is being processed at our National Benefits Center location. The notice describes how we will process your case”

 

 

so it’s not processed immediately by the local office ?
