Please can someone please help me navigate through this madness. I still haven't heard anything from USCIS is been a week over 30 days. I have called, sent email to the lockbox and still nothing. Understand the pandemic era we are in but person with the same timeline or after have already received their text. I'm in limbo. Should I cancel the money order and refiled? If I refiled should I file as i-131? I don't know at this point I am out of status and am so confused. Any help would be appreciated.

Just have to keep waiting. Don't cancel and refile. If you filed for AOS from a K1, then you have legal status here while your case is being adjudicated. I know the silence is hard. Try not to compare yourself to that other individual. Timelines differ based on who at USCIS receives your forms, hell, even which pile your packet gets thrown into, etc. Many people are going through the same uncertainties right now.

You don't need to refile. Just keep waiting. If you cancel then you're just starting from scratch and having to wait even longer.
