NVC Received : 9/24/14                          NVC Left : 9/26/14

Consulate Received : 10/6/14 CEAC status changed to ready

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Visa Received : 12/10/14 picked up at Jacmel location

Does the RFEI ask for all evidences listed or is it just listing several evidences that you can select few from? If it is asking for all, then yes you should provide. It would be much clear if you state what it’s asking for.

It’s says submit proof that your citizen parent was physically present in the U.S for at least 5 years and which may include but is not limited to the following. Then it listed 6 items and other relevant documentation.

 

my question is if I have some and all 6 is that okay.

The RFE was sent today and I have until August 18 to submit. I have access to some and not all the documents.

It’s not asking for all, you pick the ones that are applicable to you.
