DNA Test for Pakistan

Wanted to check if someone has gone through DNA test in Pakistan and is aware of the process. 
Applied for parent with a late registration of birth certificate. Received an RFE today from USCIS and they are asking for the DNA test as the secondary documents are not available.

How does the DNA test work since beneficiary is in Pakistan?

 
Also, the list of US accredited facilities doesn’t have an office in Pakistan listed and beneficiary obviously can not travel to US to do the DNA test.

US embassy and consulate will provide the approved testing facilities in Pakistan or in nearby countries that are approved, till 2017 there were non in Pakistan and one has to travel to Singapore.

Contacted one of the companies in the list provided by the USCIS. They said they will conduct the DNA here and they arrange the DNA test in Pakistan as well. Fee is $550.
