They will see his passport at the interview.

Be sure he gets a  police certificate from Russia

YMMV

Hi! What are the benefits of doing that? When you are doing petition, they ask about the addresses for the past 5 years and you will need to lie. Not good idea.

He is not going to be able to hide it. They WILL check his travel background. It is routine security checks. For example, people who have visited or lived in countries with known terrorist activities are heavily scrutinized by immigration. Background checks for travel history and places of residents is one of the main things immigration reviews, even if the person does not disclose it. And things get worse if they don't disclose it. And as stated already, if he is living and working in Russia, he will need a police clearance to move forward with this process.

So you are starting off your finances immigration to the USA with a lie. It doesn't make any sense. You said he LIVES in Russia now and TRAVELS to Tunisia. So it's pretty clear to me he is Tunisian living in Russia- which is of no problem in itself but the fact you lied makes it a problem now.

Hello every one i apologize if I wasn’t clear enough. My fiancée lives in Tunisia but travels to Russia for work so he travels back and ford. Example. In summer he goes to Tunisia to work as a tourist since Tunisia is a touristic place and in winter he goes to Russia since in Tunisia there are no jobs. I hope i am more clear now of the reasons why he does this and i was just looking for guidance so i can make this clear with USCIS. Thank you.

So which one is his main job? Seems like he spends more time in Russia and Tunisia is just a side gig for the summer (a few months) for a bit of extra cash during the tourist season but his main job and majority of his time is in Russia.

Since he got married and divorced in Russia I’d say that’s where he lives. Sounds like Russia is more than just a workplace for him. Which country does his child live in?

Actually his main job is in Tunisia bcz his house is there and he was born there. But in winters he goes to Russia to work. The reason he is there righ now and is summer is bcz Russia closed his international airports and he can’t come back now.

After his X wife divorced him, He went back to live in Tunisia. His X wife kept the child as mothers have more rights than fathers do. He isn’t a citizen of Russia. He has only a visa to travel there. When he works there he sends money for his son. I am so sorry to make it sound so complicated but this is the honest truth. Im just wondering how will i be able to explain this. So sorry

Why have you changed the story? The title of this thread and the first line of your first post both say that he lives in Russia. You wrote that. Why are you now saying he only spends the winter in Russia?
