Need help with my wife cr1 visa

Hello everyone my wife had her reschedule appointment on the 29th of june.... got a blue slip 0f-194 we got all the information came back on july 10th and another blue slip CO told her to go home and wait my question is what should be my next step? Should i get a immigrations lawyer? Im getting really worried

What does her blue slip say and was this an expedited request or normal CR1 interview?

If the consulate needs additional ... VO issued me a 221G blue slip and asked some documents need to send 

 

don't need a lawyer,  just send the documents they say to send on the blue slip

Did they keep her passport? Check the visa status to see what the status is. It sounds like she is in AP now, there is nothing you can do except waiting for the outcome. Your case is at the US consulate now, Vietnamese lawyers can't do anything with US consulate.

No they did not keep her passport just the picture albums and some other evidence and yes i know the case is i  administrative processing  i am currently in the US

Just want to know if theres anything i can possibly do to help the situation 

How long will it take for them to make a decision 

If her visa is refuse later on what is my next step

Im so annoyed that weather or not im able to spend my life with my wife is a decision some moron who cant tell a real relationship vs a fake one has to make.

If they don't keep her passport, expect a lengthy wait. Vietnam is high fraud country, there is nothing you can do except waiting. AP can be days, months or years, can't tell. HCM Consulate is well-known for home visit too, be prepared for that. Keep your faith up.

A lawyer can't do anything. There's not much you can do except wait. Calling U.S. government officials "morons" is probably an attitude you don't want to have when dealing with immigration. Did your wife have the same attitude? I hope not. Since they didn't keep her passport, there must be a red flag(s). As noted, Vietnam is a high-fraud country. Too bad you weren't able to be at the interview. From my experience, the presence of the American spouse/fiance significantly increases a positive outcome. I've seen a lot of rejections while sitting in the consulate in Saigon, but none of them included an American being there. It's a tough consulate.

What was the first blue slip for?  What was the second blue slip for?  How often did you meet her before and after you married?
