Remember though, the priority seems to be for those who are filing based on three years eligibility. If you’re in that category then cause to be hopeful

Yes. I filed under 3 years eligibility

Why and from where you see they’re prioritizing filers based on the three year eligibility?

Anecdotal Visajourney data. For example look at the December 2019 details

Can you share how am I able to see that data? I clicked on the "Immigration Timelines" link on top of this site but wasn't able to easily see who filed under the 3 or 5 years eligibility. Not sure what I missed.

Search for the December 2019 filers thread. There’s a link for the spreadsheet in there.

Thank you! I see what you mean now.

I hope I’m wrong  because I filed based on 5 years.

It would somewhat make sense that they’re prioritizing 3 years over 5 years because they are relatively lower risk since they have been interviewed before. That’s my assumption, but who knows.

Well, looking at that spreadsheet, you can see overall there are a lot more 3-year filers (27) than 5-year filers (9), a 3:1 ratio. Although within the approved case group, 10 of them are based on three years whereas only 2 are based on five years, the base-number is still too small to make the conclusion. So let's not get discouraged, I'm sure great news are coming your way😊

Through a few days watching I have sadly noticed (on multiple online platforms) that the Philly office seems to have mainly been scheduling and doing interviews for green card applicants! I have seen NO NEWS about N-400 interviews, except for a handful of applicants who's previous interviews were canceled due to pandemic. Come on Philadelphia! Do you guys think that this has anything to do with the election, given that PA is a battle ground state?

Has anyone called uscis about their case? I tried, went down a maze and gave up.
