I'm happy to know that I'm not alone. But since none of us in this group has had a status update since the pandemic, I start to wonder if the Philly office has actually resumed its service to do naturalization interviews at all?

This is frustrating... I was hoping by Nov my N400 process would have completed so I could vote but now that hope is fading.

It’s quite possible they haven’t started processing looking at the processing times which jumped considerably.

And as you say none of us know anyone in Philadelphia who got their interview, even though it’s a small dataset.

Edit.

Looks like @fani peer had his mother apply in September 2019 and get approved in February 2020 in Philadelphia

I’ve been itching to call. But I don’t wanna be disappointment my a generic response

My gut is now telling me that we might have to wait until later August or some point in September before we hear some news about our cases. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I filed for n-400 on November 3, 2019. Had my finger prints in end of November. Was scheduled for interview on April 16;however, it was de-scheduled on March 11. I have not heard anything since then :(

💔💔Hope you get your new interview date soon! Please keep us updated

So someone in Iowa had their interview today in my group. This is a copy of part of their post below😖

I asked him when he thought the oath ceremony would take place and he told me not to expect it anytime soon, “because we are all getting furloughed”

I read from multiple places that they're already working at a 20% capacity due to covid-19 and that's why it's so slow. Other news say 70% employees MAY get furloughed. And if that's really going to happen there's still 10% more than those already working. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Very encouraging to hear. @MrTee12 how was the Philly office? Did you see many people there? Was your interview in a room?

Some of us filed in November and we are waiting for a first time interview notice.
