I just received appointment for interview. 

I filled Oct 4/2020 in NJ, recently moved to PA and updated uscis with my new address (which was a PIA because I could not do it online)

Anyways, received my interview appointment for July 16 in Philly :D

Approval ROC: Aug 19

Greencard Received: Sep 08

Citizenship

N400 sent: Oct 07 (filling online)

 

2019: 

Remove Conditions ROC

Sent: Oct 04

Extension Received: Oct 15

 

2018

Approval: Jan 04

Greencard received: Jan 08

 

2017

AOS Sent:  Jan 14

AOS received: Jan 17

emails and text messages: Jan 25

PD: Jan 18

Fingerprints: Feb 15

Case ready to be schedule for an interview: Feb 28

EAD Approval: May 12 (after 114 days of suffering)

EAD card has been mailed: May 17

EAD letter approval notice: May 18

EAD received:  May 22

Interview Notice: Nov 02

Interview Date: Dic 06

Still a long way to go in Philly. Net reduction of pending applications 1,185. *Sigh*

Meanwhile the adminstration is going all out to push for more naturalizations, which is quite perplexing given the backlog. Plenty of statements but zero about reducing the backlong. And Philadelphia is particularly egregious for the area it covers, which is smaller than than Houston and Dallas.

Exactly. I have been looking at multiple forums including Reddit trying to have an Idea of Philadelphia n400 timelines and it’s mad slow. Oh well, I guess all we can do is wait.

My wife has her oath ceremony in Philly on 8/3! She was delayed by an RFE she got at her interview. So glad and relieved to be (nearly) done with this looong journey.

Congrats! Hopefully Philly starts processing 2021 N400  filers soon.

That’s great. I have been checking the trends and I have not seen any 2021 filer from Philly get an interview yet. I’m seeing more October-December 2020 Philly folks getting interviews so far. Hopefully we get our turn soon.
