Employment based, 5 year rule.
Interview 11 Feb 2021 (Philly) which is just 5 days shy of the 1 year anniversary of filing.

As far as timing, needless to say that Covid threw a massive monkey wrench in there...

Spreadsheet tracking progress of the Feb 2020 filers. Just be careful with the file!

hello guys, do you know how long do we have to wait for oath ceremony after the interview date ? I think we are not gonna have the same day oath ceremony like before right?  Thank you so much.

If it there has been same day oath previously, then I think this has been discontinued some time ago. It is my understanding that these days the oath will be scheduled for some date after the interview. No idea what the current wait time is, though there are a few Philly based applicants that had their interviews since the new year and should be able to provide some insights.

My interview is tomorrow afternoon and I am curious as well how much longer it may be after that. At this point, another month is no longer a big deal.

I had my naturalization interview on 11 Feb 2020 and walked out with a recommendation for approval. The Oath Ceremony is scheduled for 02 Mar 2020, so about 3 weeks after the interview.

Other than requesting an alternative oath, it was a very straightforward application:

- sole applicant

- employment based immigration

- greencard for 5+ years

-  no name change

-  couple of traffic citations years ago, but none recently (was a question)
