Hi everyone, I have a soon-expiring NOA2 (july 29th). My case stuck at NVC like every1 else. Any tips?

Okay. This is good to know because my I-129f petition expires on the 23rd of July.  So essentially. We don’t  need to do anything right or call anyone or email anyone? All we need to do is bring a new letter of intent to marry to the interview?

Correct. We're in a similar position. Ours runs out some time in late July and we've contacted the NVC three (?) times, that's the advice they have given every time

We were asked to email a letter explaining why we hadn't "perused our visa" (obviously because of covid.. haha), and to basically say that we needed revalidation.

We just received our NOA2 last week. How long has the NVC been holding your files. I understand this to mean they have not forwarded your files to the consulates for processing. Im told it will take about a month before the NVC is sent our file. How will the USCIS notify us the file has been forwarded to the NVC

They don't really.   After 30 days just email NVC

YMMV
