Take your pick, you need to explain that you dont need full medical, just the vaccination supplement, you will provide proof of vaccinations 3 in particular (MMR, Tetanus and diptheria toxoids, and Varicella), also take the instructions for I-485 and point out where K-Visas only need the supplement done, and no physical required if less than a year since the one done to get the visa.

I just got home a few minutes ago from getting mine. I'm in Louisiana.

It really is a pain in the butt- you will have to explain to them 10 times that you DO NOT need a full medical, only the vaccination supplement. They will look at you like you are a complete idiot and don't know what you are talking about.

120 dollars later and tired from dealing with idiots, I got it! :)

I didn't think to bring the I 485 sheet that mentions only needing the Vaccination supplement. That was a good call Yu and Dan.

I did fax them that now, at least they will be a little more knowing in the future.
