Anyone Have Experience With A RFE On I-485 And Expedite Request

Hey there!

 

My lawyer sent in an expedite request for my GC and EAD/AP (I'm not sure why he did both, but I'm not complaining) and I got word that there's an RFE.  I haven't received word yet what the RFE is and I'm waiting.  From the research I've done, sometimes this means the expedite is is approved.  But I'm not too sure

 

Does anyone have a similar situation as this?

For my I-1485 it simply says RFE was sent.

 

For the I-130, I-131, I-165 it was "case was received"

I think that means opposite. If they sent you an RFE it means expedite was decline. At least that was in my case.
