Easy question about the I-130A

Hi,

 

I just have a very easy question for ya. So I'm getting my package ready and as I'm reading through the I-130 instruction I happen to notice one significant note on how to do the I-130A. Picture below for visualization. So my spouse (wife) is currently in Dubai and my question now is that I guess she does not need to sign the I-130A per the instruction? Just completely fill it out without the signature and send it with the I-130? Thanks!

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Read carefully,  interpret literally.
