It wouldn't profoundly impact capacity because capacity changes with demand. The vast majority of times we looked at capacity here it was 75-90%, largely fantastic.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I have actually had dinner with a mod before. Head mod at the time.  we all paid our own bill. It was set up and chaperoned  by a friend of mine, who is quite the politician, but it did nothing but accelerate his jail time. I suspect Chucky and Tbone did not like him going over their head 😃

Remember that.  You & he were thoroughly shrinko-analyzed during that caucus, and your respective dossiers were duly notated.

 

Protocol in our august presence (September though it be) is to bow down and lick the dirt-encrusted soles of our feet, or (at minimum) worship the ground we walk on.  What happens after that is anyone's guess, but Platinum status really, really helps.

All you got to is acknowledge I founded the Platinum club( among many other chest firsts and trends)and am a life member, and you can start getting mad rep points again
