I have talked to a number of people whose interviews are being waived after sending RFE - they are based on various status categories such as L1, marriage-based AOS, natualization, Removal of condition, etc.

Has anyone had interviews waived for F2B case?

EDIT: If I wasn't clear - I am talking about people who are doing adjustment of status,

Do you mean the visa interview?  No, that will not be waived.

Interviews of K1-based AOS and ROC (with significant amount of joint evidences) might be waived, it is old practice they just started to use it again during this difficult time.
