So you didn’t already have an interview scheduled/cancelled? Ok, well I guess your lawyer will help process things.

The income the sponsor needs depends on the size of his/her own household as well as the intending immigrant. The guideline is here https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p  technically i134 only needs to meet 100% of the guidelines but in practice for DV it’s been reported they like to see 125% (which is the i864 requirement). I guess you can have a co-sponsor but I’ve never really seen people talk about that for i134.

Hi Susie

My sponsor send me the i-134 and he is self employed so he send me total 8 copies of 1040 forms and his driving licence scan . Is that enough for me ?

Hi, page 3 of the instructions lists the supporting documents required https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-134instr.pdf

i can’t see why you’d need 8 copies.

How many do i need , actually he send me of different months of 2019 he is self employed as farmer and also send me profit and loss from farming forms which i didn't really understand but 1040 is written on all forms

Just one copy to hand in I guess? Maybe a second just in case.  No more copies than you’d need of any other documents you’re taking to the interview anyway?

No, it just needs to be valid for the interview. As long as it is less than a year old at the time of interview you are fine.

Good luck for your interview!
