Hello guys, I decided to share my story and ask u guys some advice about what should I do.

I know my case has a few red flags, So that's why I would ask u guys to help me figure out my real chances.

My timeline:

May 2017: got married to US citizen

Set 2017: applied for the Green card

Nov 2018: got my 2 year green card

2019: After I try my best to make my marriage work out,

May 2019 I decided to leave the house. Im on a gay marriage and he was being abusive.

May 2019: I have no money, lost my job due to anxiety/depression that was suffering mostly because of the hell I was living inside my house.

May 2019: my mother send me a one-ticket back to my native country, where I stayed for almost a year

while I was staying overseas I kept sending money to him for the car payments, rent, phone payments, etc...our Lease only ended in May 2020 and my parents pretty much paid all those bills

.I have not been working .....we were not talking about divorce but we knew we needed a time separated.

I did stay overseas for almost a year due to my medical conditions

April 2020: I come back to the US. and come back to our apartment. we decided to try again.

May 2020 : again, he started to humiliate me and pretty much asked me to leave.

May 2020: again, mom send me a ticket home and I go back to my parents house overseas

June 2020: I come back to the US. Im living with my friend. I have no job. I filed for a divorce 2 weeks ago.

btw my spouse has been treating me really nice lately ( he even borrowed me his car )  🧐

yeas, he does have mental issues....

I ll be very honest with u guys: I don't wanna lose my Green Card. I really want to have a future in this country. But right now with this corona virus thing going on, I don't feel like starting a job. My parents still give me money and will probably continue like that because I wanna go back to school.

I have hundreds of proof that my marriage is real,  Im just worried about my red flags ( more than 1 year overseas + being unemployed )

Do u think I have a chance or its waste of time and money??

You can file to remove conditions as soon as your divorce is complete.
