I'm a medically retired veteran, I depend on my disability income and BAH(I go to college full time) to pay the bills.  Does that income count for the requirement? I read there is an income requirement of $21k to $33k? It mentioned assets too. I own two cars, and a house.

You mean the housing allowance for the GI Bill? Yes that income counts along with your disability payments. You should have an award letter that lists the monthly benefit.

Disability income does count as income. The income requirement/amount depends on how many people you are sponsoring/your household size. When sponsoring a spouse your assets must equal 3 times the difference between the sponsor's income and 125% of the poverty level for the household size.

You can use your second car as an asset- not your primary. Do you own your house or have a mortgage? I'm not sure if that makes a difference regarding using a home as an asset.

Equity in a primary residence is not considered liquid, but it's equity, not total value that would be shown, if used at all.
