Canadian Citizen entering to US

Hey, I'm Canadian and my husband is American. We got married 2 years ago, and we are waiting for an Interview appointment in Montreal -CR1. I would like to know:  if I can visit him and stayed for 4 weeks over the lockdown; what documents I should be present to CBP; is there any Canadian spouse who have entered the USA since all the restrictions were placed on. Other words, I will be allowed to travel or not.  Please, let me know your advices. Thx

Hi, both of you are allowed to visit each other. Make sure that you show proof of marriage. Keep in mind that when you go back to Canada you will have to quarantine

Note that air travel with Canada has never been closed off on the US side, so that's still possible to do even if you weren't married. The land border does not have a very well defined list of exceptions, as far as I know, just that it's closed to "non-essential" purposes.

A Canadian friend told me that at this time they are not allowed to enter the United States, it will probably take a while

Very curious about this too! My Fiance' is in California and I'm in Canada, we have no idea when we will be able to see each other
