Hello everyone I hope this has found its way into the Canada specific forum (sorry if it didn't move as needed!)

I'm understanding the form to a point from the searches I've done on VJ and just had a couple questions about the form and evidence required.

I just want to make sure I'm understanding this for the future.

Questions about the form:

1. Section 26 - Have " I submitted a visa petition on behalf of of the following persons"

Besides petitioning for me for the K1, my fiancé has not. Do I fill in my information for this or is this asking about other petitions beside mine?

2. 38. do intend or do not intend to make specific contributions etc etc.

I'm assuming this is a "do not intend" for us we isn't providing specific things as listed in the example in the form.

3. information to prove 125%

My fiancé makes the 125% alone with just income from work. We are providing numbers from his 2019 tax year.

my question is do we need to provide information about his bank accounts? He isn't using savings or chequing accounts etc to meet the requirement

and since we aren't using personal property, stocks & bonds, life insurance, or real estate etc to help meet this requirement I just put N/A in those fields?

Questions about evidence:

I was planning on bringing:

2019 tax year

employment letter

paystubs for the most recent 3 months

Do I also include:

signed statement from his bank officer regarding his accounts even if we aren't using his accounts to meet the requirement?

or given if we do have to provide info about his accounts of course we will bring that.

I hope this all made sense, maybe I am just reading into it too much and making it more complicated but thank you in advance for your help!
