Every embassy is different. They're lucky that worked for them. Problem is a lot of things are discretionary at the embassies so they can get away with a lot.

I haven't yet..we shall see what next week will bring. They reviewed my files last week and told me to upload my 2019 transcript..

Hey everyone, my request to expedite got approved. So they gave me back my originally scheduled interview date and time.  They Embassy replied to my email in less than 24 hrs.  Kingston is working with limited services and approved expedite request seem to be one of them. So don't give up all hope!!
