I was going to ask @Ryan18 the same question. Because on the website it says not to bring financial documents.  So I just gave my husband everything else and kept my tax information. Or was it YOUR w2s that they asked for. And the police record is good for 1 year so you are good.

I saw this too but according to #7 on this checklist you should bring either the transcript OR the W2 AND 1040 so the transcript supersedes everything.

So i didnt submit any 1040 ... my wife submitted 2019/18/17  tax transcripts and w2 ... it doesn't matter which once they accept it you good to go

Going by the embassy i think i will have the biggest and heaviest file jackets ... i got alot of picks papers .. receipts. .. alot of stuff ... and am taking everything  ...all weh them nuh need ..

I just think you should bring everything just in case it’s not like the tourist visa on CR1/ k1s they really take there time and ask A lot of questions and please if it past the six months on the one year police record please redo it

Ok so she said to me when I’m ready please raise my  right hand for the Hoth and then she said before she start is it ok to cancel my tourist visa ? And I said sure no problem and the she start asking me questions like:

when was the last time I talk to my wife 

how long was I married 

where does my wife work 

where and how did we meet 

How long did she stay when she visits you 

How long did I stay when I visited her 

if I ever got arrested 

if she has kids 

Side note #I went with 7 year old daughter and they didn’t ask her a thing 

That’s what I remembered she asked a few more but the were pretty simple
