I did not.

Don't give up.....its coming.  The next time you send them an email.  Ask them to scheduled the appointment for a particular week but don't make it a short one, and use the reason you give for the expedite as a reason you are asking for that period. Give them like a month to schedule the date.  Try that and see what happens.  Its worth a try!

Congrats on getting your appointment date! Simply print out the email they sent you and use that as the letter. They don't always include an "appointment letter". Those usually come from NVC, not the Embassy. The Embassy once sent me an appointment letter ladened with incorrect, outdated information anyway. Focus on getting all your documents and evidence together for your appointment. Your name will be on a list with Security on appointment date.

Hi Stacey Ann,

how many passport size pics embassy need per applicant and how many for the medical please?

Hey Rose, the instructions say 4 each but, I've never known anyone to give up more than 2 per appointment.

Here's the info:

Good Night

Just after I was reading this I received an email approving the expedite. We applied after seeing all of the encouragement from everyone on here and being very hopeless/depressed for many months. I hope everyone gives it a try and does not give up. Our family has literally been torn in half the past 18 months with my boys and I here in the States and my husband/daughter in Jamaica. If anyone is in the New England area- we have a really great lawyer who helped us who was an immigrant himself then brought his wife and children to the US on the CR1/CR2 visas so he understands the frustration- would be happy to share.

Good evening everyone.  Has anyone heard anything with their cases?

I know you all are frustrated but I hope that you will hear something very very sound.

I did an expedite request last week so I am awaiting a response as well. I am very hopeful as it is all left in God's hand.
