Mine says in transit too and we both got approved the same day I’m hoping they really get the ball rolling this month for real. Once I hear anything I’ll let you know but the in transit means it’s on its way to the embassy and then it should change to ready that’s when we should really start contacting them quite often to let them know they should schedule a date

Okay no problem. Based on Red Rose’s timeline I suspect they’re gonna ask for updated tax documents next. I already have the transcript. I don’t know if it makes sense to send it to them before they ask so I can skip that or just wait.

Way to go hun!!!! We all getting somewhere. Just hold up a little while longer

Update.....my case was updated today.  So I presumed they updated the case with the documents I sent last week.  I am  not seeing any response from them however.

I am praying for some response by Friday.

Did you send the email to the Embassy? And have you gotten back any reply?

The strangest thing happen with my kids' cases....it's 3 children...and yesterday they updated 2 of the 3. 1 case was not updated...so I'm wondering what's happening!!!???

Interesting.
That means they’re not too behind on reading emails then.

My brother has been stalking the appointment page for a date for his J1 application. He just got a date for Monday at 9:30am.

I’m feeling bittersweet.

Am speechless.

I am giving God the glory people.....praises belong only to Him and Him alone.  My kids got their interview date today.  I am over the moon right now!!!

The only thing though, the end of the email say, Kindly see attachment, but there was no attachment.  Hence, I am without the appointment letter with all the necessary instructions.  I sent them an email advising of this, so if I don't hear from them tomorrow, I will have to call on Monday.

I know God has been good to me.  I pray for a date and I specifically ask for a certain time, and God answered my prayers. Amen Jesus
